A passionate client of ours is a top premium brand who requires an experienced CRM Manager to join their digital marketing team on an interim basis.
This is an exciting time for my client and would suit a strong CRM professional who is all about customer experience and used to picking up projects at any stage.
- Planning & delivering CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Take ownership and ensure that the CRM platform output works seamlessly on a global scale
- Work with stakeholders to identify the priority outputs
- Analyse the key touch points to maximise maximum profitability
- Share customer behaviours with key stakeholders & make recommendations on where to maximise return for the business by increasing financial return or increasing customer loyalty
- Manage both internal and external teams

This interim contract is to start ASAP for up to 3 months+ and could also be a possible temp to perm opportunity for the right person.
Day rate: £250-£300 per day
