We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Analyst to join a market leading organisation within the leisure and tourism sector.
Reporting to the Research & Analysis Manager you'll be responsible for pro-actively developing analytics programs. You'll identify analytics projects, utilise and segment customer groups and will use insight and analysis to deliver key learnings on each group and there relevance to different aspects of the business.
You'll have experience of using campaign management tools to create and deploy targeted email campaigns and will be data driven with the ability to identify how different areas of the business are performing. You'll be proactive in using insights to suggest enhancements to CRM activity and will present findings to stakeholders.
Ideally you'll have experience of statistical and analysis techniques within a marketing environment and will have experience of using database management tools such as Alterian, Faststats, Smartfocus or SAS although this is not essential.
