Our client, a fast growing start up within the finance sector is looking for a Marketing Manager. The business has around 16 people at the moment, is growing and has a really vibrant, driven culture with lots of opportunity.
The business vision means their marketing strategy is 'direct to consumer' focused and they require somebody with experience in that field. The role of Marketing Manager will be a more project management position, managing agencies and campaigns. As a business they are reaching out to specific industries that these consumers fall into, so its maximising these area which flips to B2B marketing too.
The key responsibilities of this Marketing Manager includes:
Project managing marketing strategies
Working with the BD team to develop sectors
Lead Digital Marketing to ensure audience reach is growing
Help define and shape the brands content across all channels
Write copy for external marketing collateral
Manage the events diary - source new events, awards, get the name/brand out there
Identify new marketing approaches, direct, digital etc
The role requires somebody who has run campaigns across all marketing channels. You should be ambitious to be fit in with their culture. You should have a strategic mindset, be organised to run multiple effective projects across various marketing channels and be confident speaking and selling the brand and its service.
