We’re looking for a strong communicator with a good sense for business and an acute ability to develop long lasting relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike. The role will see you covering a wide range of duties, so no two days are the same. Some of the main areas include:

 

  • Front of house for all visitors, liaising with suppliers, ensuring the office is always fully functioning and the team have the necessary resources.

 

  • Ensuring all enquires received by our candidates and clients are recorded in accurate and timely manner.

 

  • Compiling reports and research to allow the team to deliver the very best service and insight to our clients.

 

  • PA duties to our three Directors, managing their diaries, booking travel, sourcing information, arranging meetings, taking notes, to allow them to keep on top of workloads.

 

  • Administrative support around finance by collating and uploading invoices and supplier bills to our system for approval.

 

  • Basic but strong IT knowledge, preferably using Macs. Our team are not computer whiz’s so we’re looking someone who can do basic troubleshooting using their own initiative, before escalating to our IT support.

 

To be considered you will have a proven track record within a similar role, ideally within a sales, recruitment or marketing agency environment. As you can see from the above, we need a dynamic multi tasker who is passionate and committed to supporting our growth and who can keep us in check!
