We're urgently looking for a Paid Media Manager to join one of the West Midlands premier digital teams.
This is a super opportunity to join a business during an exciting time of evolution and expansion. They are looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist who will maximise their knowledge, contacts and experience to devise and implement more award-winning campaigns and create strategic recommendations for clients who dominate their individual sectors.
Reporting into the Digital Director, the successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter and a strategic, commercial thinker who will have a thorough understanding of the benefits of social and digital platforms, and the roles they can play in helping a client to achieve their business objectives. They will monitor new and emerging platforms to ensure we are always delivering the latest opportunities to our clients, and an analytical mind, constantly recommending ways to optimise campaigns and take on board learnings for future briefs.
To be considered it's essential that you have a proven background in paid media either an agency or in-house digital team. If successful, you'll be working on a host of big name brands and will have responsibility for the management and implementation of paid search activity as part of an overall conversion strategy.
You'll advise clients and colleagues on trends and developments in search engine technology (and we don't just mean Google!) with an ability to present coherently to non-technical people, so it's essential that you've got top notch communication skills.
What's more, you'll have well-honed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Given the nature of the role, it goes without saying that you'll have a keen interest in the world of digital marketing and a keenness to keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
