The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years' agency experience, with strong strategic thinking, leadership and communications skills - with a hunger to integrate the best of traditional PR, media relations, SEO, digital marketing, with other disciplines.
The role will take the strategic lead on the biggest and most important clients, oversee work flow and processes for PR and integrated teams, grow accounts and work with the MD on the development of a new business strategy.
The successful candidate will also be creative, strategic and a go-getter who is able to turn the most challenging briefs into world beating PR proposals. It requires excellent people management skills and be-able to roll up their sleeves and be involved in the day to day running of the accounts. Digital skills are not essential but a prior understanding of social media, Google Analytics, SEO would be advantageous.
