Projects will be wide-ranging, from segmentation through to concept and brand development, and you will bring together data from ad hoc and continuous studies to give clients the 'story' behind the numbers.
We're looking for a conscientious individual to use all available analytics tools to understand and report on data, digesting this via statistical analysis, data manipulation and interpretation; you'll aim to nurture a factual view on whom the brand's customers are, what they want and where to place them in persona groups in order to facilitate targeted communication. You'll be responsible for bringing the customers 'voice' to life with clear decisions to improve the customer experience and drive the direct channel marketing.
As a Researcher you will be working alongside the account handling team to produce cutting edge marketing campaigns for a number of exciting clients. To be considered you'll have a proven track record of managing continuous research programmes to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, turning this in to actionable insight that helps shape and inform high impact marketing campaigns.
