I am currently supporting a global professional services firm in securing an internal Recruitment Consultant to join their corporate team. This leading firm has a committed and cutting edge culture and is looking for an experienced recruiter who will add value to their dynamic team.
Working closely with senior partners, you will be responsible for the recruitment of mid to senior level positions. You will maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the business and must have excellent communication and time management skills. Although you will be responsible for your own targets, the main focus of this role is to partner with the firm and operate in a consultative and professional manner, working to company policies and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience recruiting within a professional services background. An agency background can be considered with experience in supporting relevant sectors.
