An exciting opportunity to join our busy and established Birmingham team. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our Clients Services Director.
Based right next to Snow Hill, you’ll join a team of passionate Consultants recruiting for both agency and in-house marketing, creative, PR, design and digital roles. The role would suit an experienced Recruiter looking to move into a role with more variety and dedicated training within specialist agency.
The role will involve the full 360 recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through structured and tailored business development, all the way through to screening and qualifying the very best talent for interview.
To be considered you'll need a proven background recruiting for marketing, PR and/or design either for the in-house or agency market. You’ll need to be confident in front of clients and able to offer career advice to candidates from junior to senior level. We need someone with the drive and knowledge to help the team to continue along its growth plans. We want ambitious people as there are no glass ceilings and no waiting for others to be promoted.
