Pitch recruits both for agency and in-house marketing, creative, PR, design and digital roles. Due to growth in our Birmingham office, we're looking for a Resourcer to support our Consultants in sourcing the very best candidates for our clients.
This could be through past experience in those fields or just a personal interest in the varied world of marketing. Either way, you'll be a strong communicator with a good sense for business who is comfortable developing long lasting relationships with candidates and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You'll not only be able to match candidates already on our books, but will proactively approach marketing, PR and creative professionals through social media, recommendations and general networking.
You'll receive all the support you need to succeed including weekly one on one training to help you develop your career at Pitch and to take on more responsibility. The job also comes with a very achievable and attractive commission structure based on your success in helping our Consultants place your candidates into new jobs.
Although this is an entry level position, we are looking for proven commercial experience within a b2b environment (sales, marketing or recruitment). Recruitment can be very fast paced with many plates to keep spinning so you'll need a natural ability to multi-task and will thrive in a target driven environment.
