It'll be your responsibility to lead and ensure the creation of the agency's strategy framework, always making sure that design and strategy marry up. Naturally supporting the design team to make sure their design reflects the strategy, you'll have a flair for people management from designers to strategists and copywriters; holding monthly one-to-ones to offer support and guidance. You'll be bridging the gap between strategy and design day-to-day, delivering and presenting work to clients and pitching for new work.
To be successful in this role, you'll need an innate ability to immerse yourself in the brief at hand and suggest amazing and unique ways to bring them to life.
