Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll be responsible for customer contact strategy across all channels and will manage and develop a small team of CRM specialists. You'll have a proven track record of delivering customer segmentation strategy across a wide customer base.
You'll take full responsibility for the definition of the business requirements and ongoing development of the new CRM platform to ensure the system is fit for purpose to deliver customer contact strategy.
You'll be a natural leader with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business as well as, the wider marketing team and technical team to seek out new ways to communicate, upsell, gain and maintain new customers.
You'll be customer centric, constantly on the look out for new ways to improve customer experience across online and offline channels and will be highly analytical with the ability to communicate findings in analysis to the wider business.
It goes without saying that you'll have managed teams, major budgets and agency relationships. Experience within the leisure industry is highly desirable.
