To be considered you'll need to impress us with your planning acumen and your can do, common sense and creative approach. You'll be naturally curious, thirsty for knowledge and enjoy debating concepts and ideas. Reporting to the head of planning, you'll work closely with the client services and creative teams to bring actionable insight to briefs. You'll interrogate client briefs, and source insight from both primary and secondary research that underpins strategy development.
We're looking for someone who is able to understand the motivations, beliefs and behaviours of different target audiences, who is able to translate insights into compelling propositions and strategies. You'll have a natural ability to write powerful creative briefs, with powerful propositions that inspire the creative process.
If successful you'll get to work on a range of leading global brands across all forms of marketing activity. So you'll need to have worked on impressive brands, whether this is from an agency environment or from an in-house brand strategy background. Either way, a proactive, can do attitude is essential.
