The primary goal of Customer Relationship Management is to drive customer loyalty and growth across all territories through an understanding of their behaviours and needs. The CRM strategy must deliver increased frequency of purchase and therefore improved customer retention via a sophisticated communications plan. The CRM Executive works closely with the CRM Manager in developing and delivering this strategy, as well as creative input on new targeting strategies and influencing customer care.  Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Executive is responsible for implementing customer communications. Their aim is to improve efficiency and customer engagement as well as encouraging repeat custom. The CRM Executive will work closely with the CRM Manager to develop innovative and engaging communication looking at content, structure, frequency and audience. They will look at previous campaign results, looking for ways to improve effectiveness. To be considered employers look for proven success in an insight driven marketing role and with the ever growing importance of digital CRM, any experience of basic editing of HTML as well as knowledge of email metrics and analytics especially Google Analytics is increasingly desirable. Salary wise outside of London the role generally pays between £23,000 to £34,000 depending on regional variance and level of experience.
