CRM Manager
The CRM Manager is responsible for planning and delivering the full CRM strategy. They will fully understand the needs of the customer and be proactive in continuously improving the customer experience. The CRM Manager will map out the customer journey analysing all touch points along the way. They will monitor and analyse customer behaviour and loyalty to ensure engagement is long term. The CRM Manager might have a say in what software or system is used to store and monitor customer data and will keep an eye on how that database is segmented. Employers look for candidates with previous marketing experience (predominantly digital & direct marketing) focusing around customer acquisition and retention. Salary wise outside of London the role generally pays between £38,000 to £50,000 depending on regional variance and level of experience.
