Campaign Managers often work closely with external advertising agencies on a variety of campaigns such as digital, DM, TV or print. They will devise campaigns aimed at acquiring customers/sales. They will brief agencies (or internal studios) in order to bring ideas and strategies to life, within preset budgets. They will act as brand guardians ensuring all work is 100% accurate when signed off and follows brand guidelines. The Campaign Manager will stay close to the campaign post implementation tracking and evaluating the results. They will be analytical looking at data and evaluating performance to recommend next steps and campaigns. To be considered employers look for a relevant degree and preferably further marketing qualifications such as those offered by the CIM. Strong communicators and managers, Campaigns Manager are natural leaders. They are also strong project managers keeping on top of the detail being precise with every step of a campaign. Salary wise outside of London the role generally pays between £35,000 to £44,000 depending on regional variance and level of experience.

Warwick

William the Conqueror founded Warwick Castle in 1068 which saw Warwick develop over the centuries and although many buildings were destroyed in the great fire of 1694, the town is still riddled with fascinating medieval buildings.
