Digital Account Director
The Digital Account Director will head the account handling team and be the senior day to day contact for the client. They will have a proven agency track record, whether in a specialist digital agency or in the digital team within an integrated outfit.
They will be commercially minded, mapping out the required resources and man power to deliver all forms of digital campaigns and projects. They will be able to spot opportunities to grow and develop accounts and through experience and knowledge of the digital sector, steer the client in the right direction to produce best results all round.
Digital Account Director might specialise in one area of digital, but generally has a broad understanding of all digital channels and they can be harnessed to develop campaigns that deliver the best possible results for clients, whilst integrating with offline activity. They will be able to work with clients to define digital strategy based on their business requirements.
Employers will consider candidates with a mix of agency and in-house experience, the latter often beneficial having gained perspective from the client’s point of view.
Salary wise outside of London the role generally pays between £45,000 to £53,000 depending on regional variance and level of experience.
Stafford
