Digital Account Manager in Staffordshire

Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager is the client’s main contact regarding all day to day digital campaign and project delivery. Whether it’s SEO, PPC, eCRM or full web build and design projects, the Digital Account Manager will work with the account leader (generally the Head of Digital or Digital Account Director) on campaign strategy and be part of mapping out the resource and timeline to delivery.

From there the Digital Account Manager will generally take amends or new briefs from the client and feed those back into the right team (content, search, creative, development etc.). Working with those teams, the Digital Account Manager is then able to relay feasibility and best practice to the client ensuring they get the very best results based on their commercial objectives.

The next step from being an Executive, the Digital Account Manager might be taking on their first man management duties as well as being responsible to ensuring they stick to the budgets set out for each project, whilst working with clients to help define and deliver their digital marketing requirements.

Salary wise outside of London the role generally pays between £27,000 to £35,000 depending on regional variance and level of experience.
