In the latest event to be hosted at our Birmingham office,the Drum have invited Simon Hartley along to share his thoughts on what it takes to be truly world class.
Simon is a globally respected sport psychology consultant and performance coach, who has worked with gold medallists, world record holders, world-ranked professional athletes and championship winning teams. He helps athletes and business people to get their mental game right and has studied what differentiates world class people from the ones who almost made it, what sets them apart, how world class people think, how they make decisions and take on challenges.
In this event, Simon will be looking at what it takes to become a world class agency leader and in turn build a world class agency.
