This new financial year marks an exciting time at Pitch as we hit some major milestones.
This month Pitch celebrates ten years as a specialist marketing recruitment consultancy. In that time we have achieved many things we are proud of including, winning several recruitment awards, creating and organising the annual innovative B-Hive program and expanding operations by launching an office and building a brilliant team in Manchester.
This week the Manchester team will be moving into a brand new £8m Bruntwood development called Neo, located on Charlotte Street, just in time to celebrate two great years up north. This exciting new building houses an array of high-quality spaces and facilities we can’t wait to use.
“The roof terrace, with its weather-proof meeting pod, the lounge, the open-plan kitchen, the co-working space and the digital art space will provide the perfect platform for a social network at Neo, putting businesses of all sizes on an equal footing and fostering innovation in the workplace for all.” Chris Oglesby, Chief Executive at Bruntwood.
Director and head of the Manchester team, Rebecca Thomas attended the opening party located on the terrace, reporting “Wednesday was a brilliant night, perfectly put together by the Neo team. The sense of community was great and the offices… well, they really do speak for themselves. We can’t wait to move in and make use of the brilliant communal space, cool features and outdoor meeting room space.”
The building has been made with creative companies in mind so it is no surprise that Pitch will be joined there by a number of creative sector businesses. Neo includes a £250k digital art space sure to inspire regulars and is open to the public to visit and take in. The team will also benefit from an on-site gym, showers and changing rooms on every floor and secure bicycle parking to help keep fit!

While Neo is an incredible building, it is what this move represents for Pitch as a company and how it will help us to better serve our clients and candidates in the north that Rebecca is focused on.
