Resourcer Dru worked with fantastic candidate Sahida to find her perfect role. Here’s what Sahida had to say about her experience working with Dru and Pitch.

What do you do and where do you work?
I am a Paid Search Executive for Kagool
 

What process did you go through when you were thinking about looking for a new job?
There was no process really until Dru reached out to me after reading through my LinkedIn information. Once we got in contact we talked about my experience, what I might be looking for in a move and took it from there.
 

What was the motivation behind your move?
The motivation behind this move really started after Dru got in touch and from the support she gave me in moving roles. She believed in my ability and knowledge within marketing.

How did Pitch help with your job search?
They helped me through every aspect. They found the jobs I was suited for, passed on the job information to me quickly, got my response and set up interviews once confirming that it would be of interest to me.

What is your top tip for current job seekers? (interview tip, search tip etc.)
Please do your research on the job being offered to you, the person that may be interviewing you, the company and always have questions to ask. Be confident in every answer you give and always relate your experience to said questions as well.
