We've rebranded ... so what's next?

By now, you will have received some form of communication from us - an email, social post(s) or even an (old school) letter that hopefully made you think ‘what has happened to Pitch?’.

For the first time since Pitch was born back in 2007, we’ve taken a fresh look at our brand. For a while now, we’ve felt that we’ve not been sharing with the people we do business with (both old and new), who we are and what makes Pitch unique from the competitive recruitment market. We wanted to change this approach.

Fortunately, we receive regular positive feedback on the service we provide from both clients and candidates -  we hope this reflect the fact that we strive to give recruitment our absolute all. From our Senior Consultants, right down to the newest Resourcer, we continue to build a team that works tirelessly and with great passion to offer a refreshing alternative to the stereotypical recruitment consultant.

We may be slightly different shade of green and our tone of voice may be a little different, but at heart we are the same Pitch we have always been.

‘Heart+Soul’ perfectly sums up how we try to operate in a market which is frequently criticised as being profit driven. We place our clients and candidates at the very heart of our operations, meaning that whether we are recruiting for a senior or junior level role, we apply the same set of values and principles regardless.

… So what’s in it for me?

We are sure over the years you have seen many brands go through a period of visual change. In the moment, you may consider it a fresh move for the company and a sign it is is doing well. If it is literally just a face lift, however, you would be right to ask ‘what was the actual point?’.

‘Heart+Soul in every role’ simply and beautifully sums up how we try to operate every day with each and every candidate we place. Pitch was born from a desire to make a difference and our new brand simply refocuses our core values.

For 2020, we have some exciting events, partnerships and content coming up and are delighted to announce the relaunch of our not for profit graduate competition, ‘B-Hive’. In addition, beyond doing recruitment the right way, we exist to make a difference to our customers and our local community.

A rebrand is a wonderful way of realigning our values but without your continued support we would be no where. A HUGE thank you from the Pitch Team and we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
