Resham is a driven and passionate recruiter with 5 years of experience across design and creative. Having started out her career in the fast-paced ad agency world, Resham now loves helping agencies and in house brands find exceptional talent to help them grow and develop their creative teams.
Coming from a marketing background means that Resham has a unique perspective on creative recruitment and what sets her apart is her deep-rooted love of the industry she recruits for. Resham loves nothing more than getting to know her clients and candidates; seeing past the CV and delving into the portfolio and character of the candidates she supports to allow her to make perfect matches with the businesses that she has spent the time getting to know inside and out.
Aswell as being a highly skilled recruiter with a brilliantly creative eye, Resham is also bubbly and personable, loves to talk about all things creative and is super lovely to boot!
