An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director/ Senior Account Director to join a leading marketing agency to manage a portfolio of flagship accounts.
If successful, you will join one of the Midlands best kept secrets and play a key role in an exciting time of development for the agency. There's a brilliant culture in this agency and they're on an exciting growth curve at the moment, making it a perfect time to join.
To be considered you will need to show you have a proven ability to grow accounts and deliver tangible returns for both clients and the agency.
Additionally, you'll have an instinctive knack for developing compelling strategy, with the drive and passion to excite clients with your ideas and the results they could yield. As you'd expect, you'll also need to be a natural leader who can motivate and develop a talented team of account handlers.
In terms of background, we'll need you to have a demonstrable track record of delivering integrated campaigns for recognised brands. Their clients span numerous sectors including trade/b2b, retail leisure, automotive and others so a good breadth of sector experience would certainly be very well received.
In addition to day-to-day responsibility and team management, the agency will look for you to take some responsibility for business development. Developing existing clients, spotting opportunity to pitch for new business and proactively getting the agency name out into the market.
