We are partnered with a Birmingham based organisation who are well established and have a fantastic reputation. The organisation is within the public sector and has an internal agency which is looking for a Marketing Assistant or Account Executive on 3 MONTH CONTRACT to join a nice sized team who work really collaboratively. They are known for delivering professional visual communications with first class service and have an ever growing business.

The role of Marketing Assistant or Account Executive will report into the Head of Account Manager and will work on raising the profile of the agency. With the agency growing in their offering they need somebody to lead on selling the services and ensuring all areas are being promoted to their clients.

Key responsibilities

Prepare briefs and schedules

Liaise with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams

Coordinate projects from brief to completion

Attend meetings and board level decisions

Be the Head of AM support network

Administration

The ideal applicant will be a fantastic project coordinator and confident in both written and verbal communications. You should be very customer focused and happy work autonomously as well as in a team. The team are friendly but it is a very busy environment and therefore need somebody who can be quite reactive and deal with pressure. You should have proven experience within a Marketing style environment ideally integrated and working on multiple projects.
