Our client, a growing professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre is on the look out for a Business Development Manager. The company is well established and provides legal advice to various business sectors across 9 offices. You will lead Business Development across Corporate and Tax.
The role of BD Manager will be strategic and tactical across all planning and delivery. The purpose of the role is to identify and develop target markets to improve the profile group and build relationships.
You will be tasked with identifying and developing target markets; coordinating activities to improve the profile of the group and ensuring the firm's expertise is presented in a consistent way.
You should be a collaborative team player with the ability to build strong, proactive relationships with the property fee earners across all offices and the wider Marketing and BD team - the Marketing team will be integral to the success of the the role as the campaigns they work on are integral to the creation of new business development leads.
