We are currently partnered with a successful business improvement company based in Birmingham who are looking for a Communications Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the communications strategy and delivery of the business. This is a fast-paced role looking after a variety of projects within both internal external communications. Key responsibilities include campaign management, public relations, CRM management, and print and digital content across varied platforms. The Communications Manager will be responsible for managing the database administrator and will work closely with the wider business and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in communications, ideally working within a matrix structure. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have strong relationship management skills.
