Customer Insight Specialist

Working as part of a dedicated Customer Experience team, the Customer Insight Specialist will be responsible for:
- Manage the ongoing customer experience programme capturing data throughout the customer journey
- Produce regular reports , turning data into insight
- Working alongside internal teams to ensure customer feedback is being captured and turned into useable insight data
- Support senior management team to apply customer insights into wider strategies/plans
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who champions good customer experience to be a real advocate within a large, growing business. To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience of capturing, evaluating and acting on customer insight as well as being a natural communicator and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
