We're working with a great retail client of ours who are urgently seeking a Freelance Digital Marketing Consultant to work specifically on Conversion Rate Optimisation. You’ll be working on the project for 4 weeks starting ASAP.
As part of the eCommerce team, you'll be supporting my client during their peak period, ensuring the delivery is on schedule, working on conversion rate optimisation & customer experience, by optimising user journeys for mobile and tablets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the customer journey - improving conversion rate for acquisition and retention
- Create and deliver the CRO strategy
- Run critical & accurate analysis of test result and make recommendations on UX
