Pitch is working with a fantastic digital agency who are going from strength to strength and due to their growth, they’re looking for a Freelance Associate Producer to join the team and support across a range of digital marketing projects.
If successful you will help to involved in the project management of campaigns from brief to bed, seeing the process through right to the end! You will be a natural problem solver, utilising our skills to seek solutions and deliver on time. As the Assistant Producer, it goes without saying that you will know the project inside out, what to expect and what’s coming up next. You will bring the talent team around you together to deliver the best possible work for your fantastic client.
Core responsibilities:
+ Organise & manage trafficking of all production assets
+ Interact with all other participants on a daily & weekly basis
+ Provide daily communication support with internal teams
+ Coordinate meetings, notes, status reports & task lists
+ Manage timelines for projects, including budgets!
+ Support all Producers with client meetings
Key Requirements:
+ Worked in a similar digital producer role for 2+ years
+ Extremely organised
+ Ability to work at speed and multitask across different projects
+ Responsive to change
+ Ability to work independently & self starter, especially on a remote basis!
+ Dependable team player
+ Strong communication skills
