Pitch is supporting an impressive digital agency who are looking to bolster their team by bringing on board a freelance Digital Project Manager. In this role you will be collaborating with creative, engineering, clients, product owners as well as other cross-functional teams. Leading teams, you’ll understand the interplay between the people, processes and systems. You’ll have a proven background managing technical projects from web to mobile applications and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, following set timelines and budgets.
+ Develop and maintain a project schedule, defining workloads, dependancies & resource requirements.
+ Act as a leader, feeding back across all teams including engineering, creative, QA and cross-functional teams.
+ Effectively communicate with clients, understanding their business needs and provide project updates & deliverables.
+ Manage project financials to track status against budgets and scope, providing weekly status reports.
+ Mitigate project risk and offer solutions.
+ Work with internal teams to help scope new projects.
Requirements:
+ 3+ years experience working as a Digital Project Manager / Project Manager in a digital agency or similar software consultancy.
+ Experience communicating requirements as well as technical concepts between clients & internal teams.
+ Fantastic attention to detail.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced role and being comfortable with an ever-changing environment.
+ Exceptional oral & written communications skills.
+ Strong ability to lead & inspire teams of different disciplines.
This role is fully remote working, with the odd office visit. Therefore, you must be comfortable and work effectively in this manner whilst also ensuring the team is delivering the desired output.
