Urgent requirement for an experienced digital specialist to take charge of all forms of website performance and user journey analysis for an outstanding suite of big name brands.
Working as a core part of the digital team at this fantastic integrated agency, you'll be responsible for using Google Analytics to track user journeys and will produce CRM/web optimisation proposals that drive new leads. You'll also have responsibility for looking at developing best practice for site testing and evaluation.
It goes without saying that you'll have an excellent appreciation of the online environment, latest trends & developments and so on. In particular, we need you to bring expert Google Analytics experience, plus ideally a good understanding of eCRM / CRM techniques.
