Head of Creative wanted for a well established marketing and communications agency in central Birmingham.
This agency is one of the regions most well known and have multiple award wins to their name for their forward thinking and creative campaigns. This agency have had a great few years of growth in their account handling, PR, digital and creative teams due to lots of new business wins coming in. They are really going from strength to strength and have an impressive client base within the B2B sector which wont fail to impress. Despite being a mid sized agency they have retained a fantastic culture where all team members work hard but also really have fun whilst doing so and "never dread work on a Monday." They encourage a collaborative work environment where all ideas are welcome no matter whom they come from. They are now looking to recruit a Head of Creative with fresh ideas to come on board and lead their creative team so if this could be you read on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Come up with great creative concepts and strategies
- Lead the creative team and manage direct reports
- Bring your ideas to life across print, digital and moving image
- Act as the guiding counsel on design and related issues to ensure a high quality and timely service to both clients and agency teams
- Support with new business efforts
The Ideal Candidate:
- A number of years experience within an agency where you will have worked with a range of clients on print, digital and moving image projects
- Experience creating and executing brand and corporate identity guidelines
- Line management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ideas generator
- Be a champion for design excellence
