The Pitch team have the absolute pleasure of exclusively partnering with one of Leicester’s hidden gems the team at CWA.
CWA has a long and very well-established team with a portfolio of clients who trust their guidance, value their input and can’t get enough of their creative ability. The agency works with a variety of clients delivering communication strategies for logistics brands, luxury automotive clients, travel companies and many more.
CWA are now looking for a Junior Creative Artworker to join their established design team of 5, this individual will report to the Creative Director but will hold high value within the team. Their next Junior Creative Artworker will have a high skill across the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), PowerPoint as well as a flair for typography.
Your day-to-day as a Junior Creative Artworker will look like this:
- Taking ownership of a project and working to ensure that the artwork meets the needs of the client.
- Responding and reacting to proofing stages, ensuring amendments are completed quickly and accurately.
- Executing routine design projects effectively, prioritising work and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A solid background in design, ideally in an Artworker role already.
- Experience working across multiple brands and following strict brand guidelines to the letter.
- An Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Flexible and adaptable to fluctuating workflow levels.
