Award-winning Gloucestershire-based agency is searching for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing account team. 

This agency is well established, not just in the UK, but also internationally. Their clients include names in leisure, charity, financial services, and retail; plenty to get your teeth into.

They are passionate about helping brands strengthen their consumer relationships using a blend of creativity and data to craft meaningful campaigns. As their Senior Account Manager, you will be working to make a difference for your clients. You will be leading on a highly important account for the agency as well as assisting on a few smaller, but of no less importance accounts too.

 What will your daily responsibilities look like?

  • You will be responsible for delivering brilliant creative, digital, and data-focused campaigns.
  • You will interpret and progress creative briefs to bring the client’s ideas to life. Ensuring effective communication and acting decisively when problems are highlighted.
  • Present in an engaging and persuasive manner and take ideas and bring them to life.
  • Nurture and build client relationships. Identifying opportunities for development and client growth.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, ensuring campaigns run effectively.
  • Deliver day-to-day projects, including those at a strategic level, understanding the client’s wider vision and bridging the gap between the strategic direction of the account and campaigns.
  • Lead an engaging, high-performing team, manage their workload drive them towards success through structured objectives, and guide the AM towards finding solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of agency experience
  • A strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and spot opportunities.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency role.
