Pitch are excited to be partnered with a beautiful fashion brand based in Solihull who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This family owned business started back in 2013 and has grown into a well recognised brand within their product category. They are a handmade, ethically based, company whose products can be found in retailers across the world.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic and push new and existing products.
- Overseeing the design and running of the website store.
- Ensuring the website is kept up-to-date with correct content, campaigns and product offers.
- Focusing on the customer journey throughout the site.
- Monitoring key site metrics including GP, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, exit rate, traffic.
- Using Shopify/Shopify Plus and all relevant add on apps.
- Overseeing the upgrading of the website for international use and support with growing international sales.
- Producing weekly reports to feed back to the team on gathered store, product and customer analytics.
- Collaborating with digital marketing, emails, promotions and social media.
- Liaising with the designer on mailer layout and content.
- Working on strategic campaign planning, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition, retention, AOV.
- Organising and co-ordinating photoshoots- studio and location.
- Organisation and co-ordination of collaborations with like minded brands and influencers.
This is a great role for a Senior Marketing Executive who is looking for a step up in their career. This role will provide excellent opportunities to develop your skills across digital platforms and website management. You will ideally come from a retail or fashion background and be happy to commute 5 days/week into the head office.
