Outstanding opportunity for a Liverpool based Marketing Manager to join a leading UK property brand and play a key role in managing and delivering class leading marketing activity.

If successful you will be working as part of a close knit team to ensure marketing activity is constantly evolving to ensure the best possible local market awareness with a view of driving and increasing awareness of the brand and new tenants. You will therefore need a proven track record of success in a similar role, whether this has been gained in a retail, brand or agency environment, B2B or consumer.

Activity will span all forms of integrated marketing, working with the central marketing function and agency partners to deliver the plan and in turn ROI. You will be actively involved in the marketing strategy and fully responsible for the local delivery, including digital print, comms, events and more.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing marketing activity that delivers measureable results
* Working closely with stakeholders to advise on marketing solutions, followed up by evaluation and insight
* Reviewing current activity to develop effective plans
* Ensuring all local marketing material is clear and consistent with brand guidelines
* Providing event management support for specific events as required
* Budget management for all local marketing activity

It goes without saying that for a role of this nature you'll need a proven background in marketing, coupled with impeccable communication skills and a personable approach that allows you to quickly develop strong relationships internally and externally. Experience in consumer marketing role is highly desirable.
