Our client, a leading NFP insurance firm are growing and require a Marketing Manager to join the business to take the lead of team management and day to day campaign delivery. A very B2B focused business which begun as a charity and is a market leader.
This business is changing in a real positive way and has lots of plans for the next 3 years. You will lead on all campaign delivery and should come from a great digital background.
The company will require this Marketing Manager to be a real support to the wider business and you will report into the Head of Marketing and manage the team of 7. You will be delivering on all campaigns within PR, advertising and digital. They do use an agency for their PR/Comms so you will liaise with them.
The business is integrated and has a fantastic culture.
You should be from an integrated campaign management background and have solid knowledge of all channels including PPC/SEO, social and email/content marketing. You should also have team management experience including appraisals etc.
This is for somebody driven, inspiring and a ready to hit the ground running!
