Pitch is delighted to be working with a leading Birmingham based PR & Social Media agency that’s looking for an exceptionally talented PR Account Director to head up four of its key clients.
This agency is one of the regions leading lights, they have an exceptional reputation and work with some of the UK’s leading brands to deliver PR and digital campaigns that achieve excellent engagement and results. They have a highly collaborative and integrated approach and they love nothing more than looking at different ways of doing things, whilst working together to achieve brilliance! They are award winning, not just for the brilliant campaigns they deliver for clients but also for the way in which they treat and develop their employees, culture is key here and teamwork is crucial with individuals recognised, rewarded and supported.

Within this role you’ll:
- Be heading up four of the agencies key consumer accounts within the charity, retail and leisure sectors.
- Leading and managing a team.
- Working strategically with clients with a focus on creativity and ideas creation.
- A key part of the businesses senior leadership team.
- Be working within a team of extremely talented but also very lovely people!
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has a strong consumer PR background gained with an agency or in-house environment.
- Experienced working strategically with clients but with a highly creative approach.
- A great manager, able to motivate and lead a team effectively.
