Pitch is proud to be supporting a brilliantly talented PR and communications agency based in Oxfordshire with some fantastic growth plans.
This award-winning team is on the hunt for a talented and credible PR Account Director to join their team to lead a couple of the agencies key clients within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector. The agency has experienced impressive growth over the last couple of years, and they have no plans to slow down its progress. They’re looking for like-minded professionals to be a part of their next chapter, which is where you come in!
The agency is known for offering bespoke PR and comms solutions to their clients, working to truly understand their objectives and crafting impacting PR and comms plans that deliver results. They are strategically capable, commercially astute, and invest in building a deep understanding of their clients and client’s audiences. This detail lead approach, creative thinking, and boundary-pushing style mean they are always one step ahead.
What will their new Account Director be responsible for?
- Working across a couple of the agencies key healthcare accounts to deliver impactful communications and PR programmes.
- Leading and mentoring a small team that ranges from Account Executive to Account Manager level to support on your accounts.
- Inputting into campaign strategy, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders within your clients’ businesses.
- Running the accounts, distributing work across the team, ensuring deadlines are met and delivered to a high standard.
- Have the opportunity to remain hands on – writing ad securing fantastic coverage on behalf of your clients.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working on PR & comms campaigns within the healthcare / pharma sector.
- An agency side PR Account Director or Senior Account Manager or in-house PR Manager / Director.
- A great relationship builder, client manager and journo pro.
Our client is based near Banbury and collaborate as a team twice a week so access to the office on a regular basis is essential.

Regional PR Manager Birmingham - 2/3 days in office + Up to £40,000 + bonus Pitch is delighted to be working with a fantastic professional services business as they look to find a Regional PR Manager to join their external communications team. This role is a unique and exciting opportunity, taking the lead on managing the reputational stories across 7 sites in the UK. Tasked with the strategic and tactical development of the regional PR and communications plans, you’ll need to be a confident planner, articulate in your style and capable of working with senior stakeholders.
