As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through structured and tailored business development. To be considered you'll need a proven background in either marketing, Digital/Tech, Sales or HR recruitment. You’ll also need to be confident in front of clients and able to show strong leadership skills both internally and externally. Given the level of the role at Pitch, you will need prior line management experience and be able to not only manage and accurately forecast your income but those of others.

We are based in a beautiful barn conversion with free parking and while we are working partly in the office, we do offer plenty of flexibility and home working during Covid and beyond.



  • Managing team members and driving performance.
  • Responsible for delivering own billings
  • Ability to effectively cross-sell both permanent and interim solutions
  • Confident in winning new business at a senior level, pitching effectively for PSL status and managing retained assignments
  • Assist Consultants with pitches, client meetings and senior level client contact
  • Track record of accurately forecasting team revenue and reporting to the board in line with company guidelines
  • Evaluate client spend and growth opportunities
