A reputable Birmingham based organisation is growing and looking for a couple of Project Executives to support the Programme Manager.
Our client is well known in the Midlands and supports all size organisations in growth and investment. This organisation is not for profit and is so professional in the way it runs, so needs switched on, pro active and organised people.
Key responsibilities for the Project Executive include:
Support the planning of projects including a detailed schedule
Manage day to day operational aspects
Track timelines and budgets
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Present final project reports
The organisation is helping support and promote local companies, so the ideal candidate will have an interest in Marketing and Branding as this is what is at the heart of every project. You should have a real passion for the Birmingham and surrounding areas. Ideally you would have a Marketing degree or the equivalent. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail and have a solid IT skills.
As a Project Executive you should be organised, confident and vigilant with all tracking to ensure projects remain on schedule and to budget for all clients.
