Pitch are delighted to be partnered with a UK wide full-service creative agency that, due to continued growth, is expanding their Project Management team!

This agency has a varied blue-chip client base, working with international companies in bringing their brands to life through in-person events, then working closely and strategically with their clients in producing quality cross-channel communication surrounding these high-profile occasions!

Through digitally focussed creative campaigns, experiential marketing and the use of strategic, market leading minds, this agency have seen continued wins and have naturally adapted to the inevitable yet dynamic changes that the events industry has experienced over the last 2-3 years, and are now be firmly sat at the fore-front of change and innovation in the sector.

As a Project Manager, you can expect to be:

• Working in collaboration with the client services team and independently in delivering high profile, high budget events and campaigns
• Taking ownership of the moving production parts that naturally come with events, organising, liaising and managing third parties and keeping to tight timescales
• Coming into the role with a strong understanding of event management and the industry with a passion for the pace and variety that exists within the space
• Taking on and overseeing others in briefing internal departments; supplier liaison, content delivery, technical, logistics and delegate management
• Organising and facilitating creative meetings to ensure the creative process is running smoothly and productively
• Dealing directly with clients, sometimes being involved in pitches and working to tight budget 

Essential skills:

• Prior experience within either an in-house or agency event management/production role
• Experience within a fast-paced, varied and time precious environment
• An understanding or appreciation of the creative process and marketing that works in conjunction with events
• A good understanding of digital channels and how this is used in modern day events
• ISO9001 knowledge and understanding
• Experience dealing directly with clients
