Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our marketing & digital recruitment team.

Based right next to Snow Hill Train Station, the role will involve the full 360 recruitment process taking ownership of an established base of clients. Further to servicing these existing clients, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through structured and tailored business development.

To be considered for this role, you'll need a proven background in recruitment. Having experience in both marketing and digital sectors is highly desirable but not essential.  The role would suit a Junior Recruiter or Resourcer looking to move into a role with more variety whilst receiving dedicated training to further your development.

You’ll need to be confident in front of clients and able to offer career advice to candidates from junior to senior level. We need someone with the drive and knowledge to help the team to continue along its growth plans. We want ambitious, target driven people as there are clearly defined criteria for developing your career within the business.
