Whilst building client relationships is a pretty key part of the recruitment process; securing, engaging, and sourcing candidates is critical to our success. With that in mind, we’re on the hunt for a Resourcer to join our team!
So, what does a Resourcer do?!
A Resourcer is a key part of a recruitment team, tasked with finding, engaging, and sharing great candidates across the business. You’ll have a nose for finding talent. Tasked with searching high and low for the perfect profile candidate you’ll have multiple tools at your fingertips to aid you in your search. From our very own Pitch CRM, to online applications, Linked searches, SourcerBreaker strings, and job board accounts.

What do you need to be considered?
Communication is key - You need to be able to pick up the phone and talk to anyone! Be a whizz with email, text, and any other form of chat. Effective communication internally and externally is half the battle when it comes to recruitment.
Pace – You’ll need to be able to work at pace. A wise recruiter once said, “Time kills all deals”. The market is competitive and good talent moves fast, so you need to be faster.
Ambition and Commitment - We’re seeking someone who wants to be part of the Pitch team for the long term and has their eyes on the prize. To get the most reward out of recruitment you have to have your head in the game.
