Pitch is working in partnership with an expanding Staffordshire based digital marketing agency that’s looking to recruit a Search Marketing Manager to strengthen its team.
The agency is a real gem, they are true digital specialists offering services across web design and build, search engine marketing and global digital marketing, working with B2B and consumer clients across the globe.
Within this newly created role you’ll be heading up the search team, managing a small team of specialists across content and technical SEO and paid search. This role is both strategic and hands on, you’ll be creating and executing search campaigns for a variety of clients from growing SMEs to global corporate organisations with both a UK and international market focus. The key areas involved here are leading and developing a brilliant team alongside growing the consultancy offering, working closely with clients to maximise opportunity and ensure exceptional ROI.
This growing business is looking for a search specialist to join its brilliant team, you need a strong understanding of all search channels, but a strength in organic search would be beneficial as this is where a lot of your time will be spent. As you’ll be leading a small team, previous line management experience would be a real benefit, however if you’ve not had the chance to line manage extensively but have great potential and have mentored and supported a team previously then they can support your development in this area. Essentially you need to be a skilled client manager, team leader and search pro!
