This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and innovative organisation who are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join their creative team. The business is a unique industry leader and partner with well known, global organisations.
The Senior Designer will work in collaboration with the Creative and Brand team developing cutting edge concepts and then executing designs that truly represent the brand. As a senior member of the team, you will support and develop a small team of junior designers.
To be considered for the role you will be:
- A driven Senior Designer with strong creative skills, an integrated background and an extensive portfolio showcasing your creative ability. Your skillset should also cover digital design, branding, presentation design and animation.
- A creative individual who is passionate about championing new design technology and ways of working to engage audiences and change behaviour.
- Experience of being a senior member of a design team, ideally in-house, that has worked on global corporate design projects.
- Excellent management skills and a desire to help the design director develop and manage a young design team.
- A strong eye and all-round obsession over detail, maintaining 100% brand standards at all times
- A proactive, inquisitive and communicative approach to work.
