Pitch is working in partnership with a truly brilliant integrated marketing agency that’s looking for a superstar Head of Organic Content.

The Agency:

This ambitious agency is one to watch, they’ve been established for four years and have built a brilliant business with a fantastic culture and their client base is second to none. The campaigns they create push the boundaries of creativity, they create events that cause a stir, digital campaigns that hit their audience hard, video that can’t be missed and content that stops people mid scroll. Their client base is consumer focused and is brimming with big brand names, as well as some exceptional start ups. They are an established social team doing some exceptional work who are looking to continue to grow and develop.

The Role:

As Head of Organic content, you get to run the show when it comes to social media at the agency. You'll team up with the Creative Director to brainstorm social content, build and nurture connections, and dive right into making things happen. You'll stay in the trenches, working with the tools and keeping up with an ever-changing industry.

Within this role you’ll be:

  • Working on a range of big brand consumer clients along with a couple of brilliant up and coming brands.
  • Working alongside the Creative Director to create engaging and high performing Social content.
  • Shape the direction of the social media team as they continue to grow
  • Full end-to-end campaign management across Organic Social.
  • Extremely creative in your approach - the work this agency do isn’t run of the mill, you’ll be able to push the boundaries of creativity every single day.
  • Proven experience across organic social media content strategy and creation within a creative agency or in in house role.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Proven experience across Organic Social Media.
  • Social Creative - if you're all about fresh ideas, this job is for you!
  • Experience in account management, someone who thrives on working with clients at various levels.
  • A passion for social media.
  • Exceptional expertise in evaluating campaign success, identifying crucial metrics, and utilising these insights to inform and enhance overall social strategy.
  • Experience inspiring and building a team.
