What you’ll be doing: Lead and execute the digital strategy across paid channels and SEO to drive growth and engagement. Executing well-crafted and commercially focused PPC and paid social campaigns with a paid budget of around £5m per annum to manage. Strong understanding of SEO and how to optimise the channel to drive organic traffic into the sales funnel. Day to day management of paid team. Constant analysis of data and performance to drive engagement and increased revenue.  Identify audience trends and translate these insights into actionable strategies. What experience is needed? You will be a highly skilled PPC specialist with a considerable length of time working in this channel and have knowledge of paid social across Meta. Expertise in SEO. You will have worked inhouse with experience across SEO and paid channels. Your background will come from pureplay eCommerce, FMCG or a fast-paced retail environment. A strong commercial and trading focus- you need to be inquisitive, and solutions focused, understanding what levers to pull in order to deliver results.
