Pitch is proud to be working exclusively on two Social Media Community Executive positions for this highly regarded and long established health and wellness membership organisation. Due to continued growth and the organisation's commitment to supporting its members in the right way, they are looking to bring in two individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills, who are enthusiastic, empathetic and passionate and who love social media.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Monitor all incoming messages on social media channels and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Create a positive and safe community environment and share interesting ideas and comments.
- Be able to write excellent engaging content to be published across all social media channels as appropriate.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Some previous experience within a social media role or PR.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree or equivalent level qualification in English, PR, Journalism, Marketing etc.
- Bags of enthusiasm and passion for health and wellbeing!
